OPEN THE BLAST DOORS! OPEN THE BLAST DOORS!
I'm watching Episode IV now. I haven't seen this in so long. Episode 3 comes out in May. I hope it's good.
I've been thinking a lot about that chick. Btw, her name's Steph, and she's from New Jersey, and so yeah, back before all this happened, I though, 'Hmm, maybe we could get together and chill or something.' I dunno, I still wanna, but I prolly couldn't trust myself to keep my hands off her and such. Sigh... But I'm not leaving Jackie over her. I love Jackie. With all my heart. And I love my boyfriend, TaVan. Yes, that's his real name. Ain't it sexy? I love him very much. He makes me horny in my pants. And say things like that. o_o *Embarrassed.* Ah, fuck it. Im a very loving person, and I suppose I don't care who knows it. ^_^ Love you Tavvy! and you too Jackie!!!

Ares Bug?
I have a friend trying to tell me that there's a fatal bug with Ares, something that will crash my computer. Not that I don't trust her, but I don't trust her source. She says her friends GRANDMOTHER encountered the bug. Grandmothers aren't the most reliable computer users in my experience, so I'm looking for more evidence to corroberate her report. Anyone know anything?
I'm Too Damn Sexy
My ex is all depressed because I won't go out with her. I feel really bad about it, too, because she's a great friend, especially when you consider all my old jackassery. I used to be a cyber-player. I'm evil. But yeah, she let me stay as her friend, after some time, and I really appriciate that. Now though, she wants to be more than friends. A lot more. Despite the fact that I'm with Jackie. It kills me, but I can't get her to understand that as much as I care about her, I can't be her boyfriend as long as I'm with Jackie, and I want to be with Jackie for a long, long time. Sigh. I don't want to lose her as a friend. She won't have me as anything less than a lover though. What do I do? o_o?

Wascally Tewwowist
Five years ago I had a shot at capturing Usama bin Ladin. Five years ago I let him slip through my fingers. I have regretted it ever since.
My friend and I were riding the bus home, talking as usual, and he tells me about Usama bin Ladin. This is in '99 or 2000, mind you, before every American was familiar with the map of the middle east, when the towers still stood, when September 11th was no different from March 8th. I had never heard about him back then, so I asked. It turns out, he was a six-and-a-half-foot-tall Arabian on a dialasis machine. How hard could he be to find? And the best part - $2,000,000,000 reward. That's right, a two billion dollar reward. Man, what was I thinking. Save the free world, AND get oodles of cash. Technically, I woulda had to split it with my friend, but that's still a clean one billion dollar reward.
I've often thought about what I would do with a considerable sum of money. Despite the temptation to blow it all on something stupid, I'd save a bunch of it. I'm 20. I plan to live to be 100. Let's say $200,000 a year to make me happy. That's a 16 million dollar chunk stashed away. $984 million to go. Hrmm... I think that's MORE than enough to supply me forever. I'd have a big house, prolly in the hills of Austin, actually, because I like the climate, and the proximity to the tech center. Plus, my family lives there. Hmm.. I'd also want a private jet. I'd learn how to fly it, of course. Cruise Liner, also. Some people get yachts; I want the Titanic. I'd need to fill out my Transformers collection. I'm basically working with unlimited funds, it seems, so I've stopped worrying. I'd get a big screen TV set up, and not one that would break. In fact, I'd probably have my whole house wired up so that everything was computerized. That's always a fun thing to do. I dunno, I think that'd do it. A T3 line to my house. A huge movie liner. I'd prolly donate a bunch to charity. I'd have enough money to give money to whoever I felt like. I'd prolly be nice to a buncha friends, but not overly generous, and I'd donate a lot to different world governments I like. I'd be a philanthropist. Prolly invest a good deal in businesses. There, that seem's like a good amount. I've spent a billion dollars.
Trouble is, the amount was a bit wrong. I found this site listing his figures and such. It seems I'd only get $27 million, and even then only if I got him alone. Hrmm... I'm too lazy to redo all my wants and such. I'd prolly have to keep working anyway, though. *Sigh* You win this time, bin Ladin. This time...
Also, The Rock was on the Daily Show, and among other things, they mentioned the Doom movie. I was excited about it, until I remembered that old issue of Penny Arcade. I hope they're wrong. They'd better have Mars Hell Demons or else...

STUPID COMPUTER!!!!
My computer's power supply died today. May it rest in peace. That poor gerbil has spun his last little wheel. u_u Many thanks to Matt for having a spare power supply for me, at least, so I'm able to hobble along for the most part. No more leaving the beast on 24/7. That's what caused this. Its case is open. It apparently didn't have ANY cooling aside from a tiny heatsink on the CPU, and then power fan. SIgh. Top it off with my buggy, retarded moniter, the one I need to hit to make it work, along with a pair of dumb USB ports, I've got a pretty ghetto computer set up. And its NOISY! x_x
In other news, when the break down when off, I was going off on a little link I found at HomestarRunner.com. Apparently, This Book is Better Than 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base. I find the claim a little hard to believe, having been to 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base. I will, however make a list of things that may be better than 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base. Here goes:

-4th Base. Also, any other things that are of a sexual nature beyond 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base.I'll leave the list open for new entries as I recieve them.
-Some Number of Tacos. Tacos, as I stated earlier, are pure Good. It would only be a matter of time and tacos before their becomes greater than 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base.
-Matt claims that The Awesome and The Game (two things I will not attempt to identify further) are greater than 1st, 2nd, and Quite Possibly Even 3rd Base.
OMG! They Killed The First Amendment!
You Bastards! Scary. Even scarier when you think about all the terrible fates befalling people in my stories. If a story about zombies overrunning a high school is a terrorist threat, what about a story of zombies overrunning New Orleans (my as yet unpublished third Detective Greg story)? Or squirrels devouring a man whole (the first one)? Or a peaceful revolution of a native alien population from a US colony (I have that one stored away somewhere)? Or a band of survivors after a massive biological attack by an evil supercomputer (I've kept that one mostly under wraps)? Or two young innocent people in a series of adventures onboard an interstellar cruise ship (now I'm just giving them away)?
Wow. I'm some sort of felon, I'm sure. I'm also sure I've got a huge writing backlog. I'm prolly wasting all my writing talent in this blog, too. Oh well, I'm sure someone out there would try to tell me it's not a waste. ^_^

Oooh God I'm Evil!
I'm being evil lately and not letting Jackie call me, sighting my anti-phone-ness-thingy (I don't like telephones much) and my own personal evilness. I then sought to prove it, by doing the evilist things I could. Now, I am not really evil. Anyone who knows me would tell you I may be egotistical, a jerk, an idiot, an ass, or an aggressive kisser (that last one may or may not be bad). But you must all agree that I am not EVIL. So, with that in mind, what follows is OBVIOUSLY fiction (and edited for my protection.) (Wow, I like parenthasis.)
Sponge - Plowed
Will I wake up some dream I made up
No I guess it's reality
What will change us or will we mess up
Our only chance to connect with a dream
Say a prayer for me (X3)
I'm buried by the sound
Of a world of human wreckage
In a world of human wreckage (X2)
Where I'm lost and I'm found
And I can't touch the ground
I'm plowed into the sound
To see wide open with a head that's broken
Hang a life on a tragedy
Plow me under the ground that covers the message that is the seed
Say a prayer for me (X3)
I'm buried by the sound
Of a world of human wreckage
In a world of human wreckage (X2)
Where I'm lost and I'm found and I can't touch the ground
I'm plowed into the sound
Will I wake up some dream I made up
No I guess it's reality
EDIT - By the way, it was decided that creation of a taco is on the opposite end of the spectrum, but one taco was not enough to cancel out the kittens being beaten with a puppy. Further research will be need. ?_?)
Effervescence 34: greggy evil, i know(Those O's were hard to format. ._.)

Effervescence 34: ^_^
Effervescence 34: THAT is evil
Jackie: -turns chibi and hides under her covers and cries-
Effervescence 34: -"hey, billy, remember all those pets you always wanted?"Okay, enough of that. Also, in my FIFTH post in this 24 hour period, I've had the coolest song stuck in my head. It's great:
-"da kitties and da puppy?"
-"Yup, well.... MERRY CHRISTMAS!"
Effervescence 34: *eats a kitty in front of the boy

Effervescence 34: but still
Jackie: NO THEY DIDNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jackie: YOU KILLED THEMMM!
Effervescence 34: well, in my defence, it hurt me a lot more than it hurt them
Effervescence 34: wait, no they all died.
Effervescence 34: reverse that
Jackie: NOOOOOOOOOOOOo
Jackie: -cries more-
Effervescence 34: it hurt them a LOT more than it hurt me
Jackie: -shakes violently and bawls- YOU'RE EVIL!
Effervescence 34: duuuh

I Took Screenshots!
My screenshots are amazing. First look, I've conquered the Applegeeks RSS feed! So w00t me!

Next, I have a lot of music:

That's right, that's over THIRTEEN THOUSAND music files. Nearly 40Gigs. I am the best. Oh, and of course, my customary desktop presentation.

AGH! Photobucket resized me! Bastards!
It's prolly still not as hawt as the one Matt's running, but I like the way the two cuties are peeking out over all my windows and stuff. It's cute. ^_^ Okay, that's like four posts in one day. Sorry to keep bugging you. Shrugs. Night night.

Something Different
I was gonna put up a whiney stupid post about how much of a loser I am, but you know what? Whining about it isn't gonna do anything. I know I'm a loser, and it's totally my fault, meaning its totally within my reach to fix. I cheered myself up. Go me! No more fishing for compliments! ^_^
I had another thing I wanted to show y'all. Oh yeah:
I love being random.
Potatoe!

Holy Crap
Wow. They killed affinity. About damn time. Meanwhile, I'm gonna rebuild my old Psychatog deck, and possibly my old Wild Research Madness deck, with a few minor tweaks to that.
Okay, just a short one tonite. The Banned/Restricted list was kinda cool, I thought. That, and I like how the Portal cards are gonna be made legal in Legacy and Vintage. Go that. \0/

Things I'd Do
This seems like the kinda thing I'd do. Both as a kid and now. Hehe. Note also the blurb under the comic about the Seven thingy. A comic collection about robots? Count me in. That's added to my list of "Things I wanna buy."
Despite being worried about not having any money for things, I managed to withdraw $20 from the ATM. I shoulda gone for $30. Oh well. The ATM at Sam's has this weird habit of only giving out $40 or less. I dunno why. It SAYS it'll go up to $75. *Shrugs* $40 keeps me from overspending, in theory. I end up spending that over the course of two weeks, or at least, waiting two weeks before getting more.
With this $20, I'm gonna see about getting down to Hastings and checking if they have The War Within, that Transformers comic I got from Amazon those months back. I read the first volume last weekend, as in the 20th, on my ride up from Austin. It's pretty cool, having a backstory to all the old Transformers comics, and seeing just how much of an awesome leader Optimus Prime is. I mean, holy crap, Optimus is the coolest being ever. Look at this:

Hmmm...
I'm bored with the Internet, I think I'll go back to reading Robot Dreams. But first, here's the picture that was the inspiration for my now outdated "GIANT FIGHTING ROBOTS" away message:

And for contrast, the current wallpaper.

I know, I'm a photobucket junkie.
Oh yeah, James, good luck finding a book store in the French Carribian or whichever, if you even read this. And Matt... Uh... Okay, nevermind. Night.

Saving People: Arguments For And Against
I had a dream just now where I was in some kind of fucked up classroom debate. The topic was "Was it right for Jesus to go around saving people?" I ended up with the negative. Great, I think, I have to argue against Jesus. Where's the fun in tbat? I practically knew that whatever I said, Jesus was going to win against not-Jesus, so whatever. I got up there and I presented these arguments, as best as I can remember them:
Doctors existed back then, and they had to make a living. By healing people miraculously, he was depriving the local healers of much profit. That ruins the local economy, and leads to many bad things.
As for the people that couldn't be helped by the medicine of the times? Well, obviously they were being punished. And the fact that it took them SEEING God incarnate to renew their faith is probably pretty good evidince that they weren't the most pious individuals, if you know what I'm saying.
And finally, the most famous of Christs miracles, dying on the cross. First, I doubt that being executed should count as a miracle. But going beyond that. The GALL that his death is the only thing to save me from Original Sin, something that was handed down to me from Adam and Eve. The whole thing smacks of a set up. Sigh. I don't trust that Jesus guy. He's up to something.
And that's why Jesus' miracles were a bad thing. *Bows.* Okay, back to reading. So long.

Late Night Musings
I read Issac Asimov's story "Franchise" earlier tonite. It basically is story of the one man who is chosen by computer to be the sole voter in all the national elections. Basically, the Computer "Multivac", Asimov's ultimate computational device, narrowed down all the relevant issues to one state, then one county, city, and eventually to one specific person who would determine every election issue for those four years. Kinda scary, huh? I though about how rediculous it was, and then I though about how all the major news organizations figured out that Ohio was going to be the sole "swing state" for the year, way in advance, and how much I felt like no vote in Texas mattered because everyone knew we were going to vote for Bush no matter what. *Sigh.* Politics get me depressed sometimes. On the bright side, its fun to see just how wrong Asimov was 50 years ago. Multivac, the all powerful supercomputer, is half a mile long, and 3 stories tall. People walk around inside it. How rediculous is that? And the story takes place in 2008, and Multivac's been deciding elections for the past 20 years at least. It also claims that the New York Times and St. Louis Post have their own computers, like it's some great big deal. Hmmm... Asimov wrote some good fiction, but he missed on a lot of his science by a long shot. Ah well...
I was about to rant on about Ward Churchhill, but I've already done that. So, aside from the Asimov thing, uh... Oh! I finished Metroid: Zero Mission. Go me! Now I'm going through it again to see if I can beat my old six hour mark. *Sigh* I did manage to unlock the original Metroid, which seems to be just like the one I played, stylistically, except she can't crouch, and shooting diagonally is a bit of a challenge. Anyway, now I should move on to completing my other games. I think I'm like 15 minutes away from the Final Boss in The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, and I'm near the last level in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, as well. I've also got a bit left to do in Final Fantasy I, and don't get me started on all my other games I've left on hiatus. I need to beat the Elite Four in both Pokemon Ruby and Fire Red, and some guy named "Red", I think, in Pokemon Silver. Sigh... I need to schedule GBA time or something I think.
Matt and I were looking at wallpapers instead of sleeping. Some of them are very, uh, "vivid". It makes me wonder why the best I could come up with for my current desktop is Devastator vs Superion, though in my defence, they are two sweet giant fighting robots. I'm too tired to post the picture right now, but its a sweeeeet battle scene, trust me. Night.

Rainy Evening
Tonight I decided to walk. Tonight it rained. (What rained? The sky? I never knew what 'it' was supposed to be when talking about the weather.) I think someone controlling weather doesn't want me leaving my room. It's like some extremely boring Truman Show or something. I've often wondered how a reality show based on a person's internet browsings would go. In fact, I've actually considered writing a story entirely in web dialogue. I seem to have wandered somewhat. Oh well. This is fun. I'd be a collection of things like AIM Chats, blog entries, forum postings, news clips (maybe), etc. The more I think of it, the more I like the idea. I'll get on that as soon as I have a story to go with it.
So, yeah, that was kinda rambling. Hrmm... But yeah, the walk was nice. When it gets kinda warmer, and not so rainy, I think I'll do it more often. In fact, maybe even when it rains. It was fun to walk around in the rain, and to talk on the phone. I like to walk when I'm on the phone, and I don't have any room to pace in my dorm. Sigh...
Oh yeah, I found my draft for the next bit of Calista. I left it in my bag on my trip back to Austin, but tomorrow or the next day I'll get it up. After I get all my work done for Computer Science. Sigh. I have class in 8 hours, and I'm not getting to sleep for at least another hour I'll bet. I promised a friend I'd play her in Dominoes on Pogo, and Firefox seems to hate it, so I've had to load up IE. Rawr. I'm not pleased. Oh well, I'll close the main window and leave the Pogo popup open. How backwards is that?
In other news, my recent aim friends ranks have expanded to include two guys who like other guys (one's bi, the other totally gay) and then a female stripper. I dunno why I mentioned the two guys, but the stripper is interesting. Its somewhat ironic to meet a professional in what is undoubtably a visual field in a totally verbal environment. She's nice, though, except for a slight tendancy to believe she looks better than other people, so she doesn't need to treat them well, but I wouldn't say she's as much of a bitch as she says she is. Don't worry Dawn, you're still cool in my book. ^_^
Okay, I'm dead tired. I go sleepy now. Gnight!

Sammich Love
Finally, a comic that lets me express my love of sammiches and my love of Jackie. Just replace all instances of the girl with her, and the silver haired dude is me, I guess. The bald guy, I dunno. He's Matt, I suppose.
Okay, I dunno how, but the BlogThis! window ate my previous attempt at this post. Rawr. Lessee what I can remember.... I finished another story in Robot Dreams today, along with the one I finished last night, which was the one I'd had on hold for like 2 months, so that's an accomplishment, right? ...Right? Hmmm... I'll read some more once I'm sure this isn't a new Strong Bad email. It isn't. Wow. That was amazing. I'm glad I watched that.
I also just got this IM. I usually hate chain emails, but this one... I doubly hate.

Next time you make a chain message about coastal people, take the rest of us into consideration. Rawr.

Super Things
Superman Is A Dick. Apparently the Man of Steel has a long history of criminal indifference. This one is just one of my personal favorites.
In other news, I saw Avatar: Last of the Airbenders on Nick today. I'd heard a lot about it, but nothing really came up to make me THAT interested. However, I flipped over to Nick at 3 today, and low and behold, there it is. I was just in time to catch it, and honestly, it looks pretty interesting. I'll watch the 2nd episode Friday night, but for now, its looking pretty cool.
I've been talking it over, and I want to get into the habit of evening walks. I'm not really doing much at night, nothing decent is on TV, and I watch too much TV anyway. I also want to get into reading. I used to read a lot. And I'm not just talking about Manga, I still read that, but that doesn't count. I want to get back to reading something edifying. Or, barring that, I'll finish up on the Asimov stuff I brought with me to college, and check out some other stuff. I need to get God's Debris from PJ and re-read that.
[Randomness]I need a hair cut. [/Randomness]
The Daily Show plugged (sorta) the most rediculous web site earlier today. www.RaptureLetters.com, a website that will, should the Rapture come, send out an automatic e-mail message to all your friends, letting them know where you are and the horrible fate that awaits them. How considerate. x_x I couldn't help but laugh at this bit of the website:
I gotta apologize to Becky "Sapphire" Reck of www.recked-art.com for linking to her desktop the other day. I've since hosted it on my Photobucket account, so don't worry.
Rob got on and told me about a tribal tournament going on somewhere. I don't know if i'll be able to make it. I prolly won't. But I've decided to attempt to make a myr deck anyway. Behold, My Armies!
Okay, this one actually became a lot longer than I expected it to. I'll leave you with this:

November 2006 is so far away... ;_;

"Their names will be stored indefinitely and a letter will be sent out to each of them on the first Friday after the rapture. Then they will receive another letter every friday after that."So great, when the rapture happens, not only am I going to have to hear a message about how much better off my buddy has it than me, but I'm going to hear it EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Thank's, pal. Honestly, I'm gonna laugh my ass off if the rapture comes, and all these Christians start denying it. "No, no, it can't be the rapture, cuz I'm still here!" I'm also interested to hear what possible theories could be presented about the absense of several million people. According to the site:
"I am sure that there will be a lot of speculation as to what happened to all these people. The theories of some scientists and world leaders will have so much credibility that most of the world will believe them. That's gonna be interesting.
It will sound like the truth!"

Back In Lubbock
I just saw Robot Chicken on Adult Swim. All I can say is... ZOMG!!! (No, that's not my wallpaper. Yet. )_) (_( - those are shifty eyes.)
In other news, I had a fairly eventful trip back to Austin. Matt and Dan decided to spend their time together playing Diablo II and not bothering to let me in. -_- Oh well. I had a MUCH better time with Jackie. Not gonna say what, though; I'm not one to kiss and tell. So, moving on to declassified materials...
I got to play with baby Clara some more. I know she's my cousin, but since I'm 18 years older than her, and everyone calls me her Uncle Greg anyway, I'm gonna keep the name/title. I like being her Uncle Greg. It makes me feel important. And I know that to her, I really am. She's insane about me, it seems. I like it. We ate at the Guadalajara today for lunch, and she sat on my lap. I fed her some of my enchiladas and all, and some lettuce. When my salad ran out, she stole lettuce from my Mom's plate, but, and this is just SO cute, she wouldn't eat it until it had been put on my plate first. It was great. Okay, enough gushing.
I had a semi profitable trip to Austin. It was great. Remember back when I made the big deal about getting all three Back to the Future movies on DVD for less than 20$? Well, I got to check that out, as well as the Transformers: War Within pocket comic that came with it. The movies I haven't gotten a chance to open, but I've got an offer of a PS2 for $50 which I should be able to get next month, so I'll be able to watch them then. I also got both Riddick movies in a set for $16 at Sam's Club, which was cool. The cream of the crop, though, was the Religion War. I managed to finish it (and The War Within, and Megatokyo vol 3, and Azumanga vol 4) on the car ride up from Austin. It's a REALLY good read. I literally couldn't stop reading it. It was just... wow. I don't want to ruin anything, take my word for it though, I'll be talking about it in the future. For now, I'll leave you with this: "If God's so smart, why do you fart?" Night now.

Trip Today
I'm heading out to Austin for the weekend after my classes today. Yay. Gonna see Jackie. Gonna chill with Matt and Dan. Gonna see family. Gonna fix things. x_x Maybe gonna get a new monitor. I need one... O_O Anyway, before that, I gotta get the rest of my stuff ready, so yay that. I think I've got everything. Bring manga to read on the way. Hopefully on the way back up I'll have The Religion War to read. Yay again. ^_^ Anyway, This entry's getting cut short. Laters.

Colbert Killed A Panda!
Mentioned on the Daily Show, ColbertKilledAPanda.com leads you to a site for Princess Productions. Their hit meter is skyrocketing right now. I am amazed.
COMICS!!!
I had an interesting day. Instead of going to classes, which weren't really that important, don't worry. I installed Microsoft Visual Studio .net on my computer instead. That was a full day project. It was worth it, though. Now I can do programming and such here, so yay!
Also, I went shopping again. I got three comic books! Teen Titans: A Kid's Game, Azumanga Volume 4, and MEGATOKYO 3!!! I'm extactic. If I'm distracted over the next few days... Now you know why.
Oh yeah, and I was also looking for "The Religion War" by Scott Adams. Sequel to "God's Debris," I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it before, but anyway, they didn't. I'll get it when I'm in Austin, I suppose. This weekend, or next. Something. I dunno.
This is gonna be short. Jackie's going through some personal stuff, so I need to get back to being her boyfriend. I love her so much, and I can't imagine why anyone else wouldn't. Especially herself. I hope she cheers up soon. I can't stand seeing her sad. She's my everything.

SPAMALOT!!!
Not at all e-mail related, if you'll believe it.
This post is almost more for me than for you, though anyone in the NY area should take heed: Eric Idle was on the Daily Show just now, pitching his new book, The Greedy Bastard Diary, along with the title of this post, SpamAlot, the Broadway version of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Of course, my interest was piqued. Doubly so when I learned it was premiering March 17th, during my Spring Break week.
!!!!I MUST ATTEND!!!!
Ahem. I'll have to ask my Dad about it tomorrow. Maybe tonite. Maybe now. Anyway, I'm gonna go.
Oh yeah, on my running theme of feeling good: I took a shower and I feel REALLY good. Like, super good. I need to take more showers. They're really relaxing. Hmmmm... I did a bit more shopping on Amazon. I need a credit card. *Sigh* Anyway, I added a buncha things to my wish list, if you're interested. I like generous people. ^_^

Fashion Sense
First, a picture.

Now that that's out of the way, I've got two fashion ideas running through my head. First, Reebok brought back pumps. I didn't see that coming. They were all the rage when I was a kid. I mean, shoes with a button! What's not to love? Anyway, they look goofy looking now. I suppose they were then too, but oh well. I wont be wearing any, so what do I care?
What I WOULD like to wear, maybe, is a kilt. Call me crazy, but they're just cool. I saw a guy in a kilt today, and it just looked... I dunno what to call it, but very mature and serious. It looked - cool. I want one. The no pockets thing may be a problem. I'd need a bag or something. Hrmm.. And a laptop for the bag. Man, this kilt is getting expensive. It had better be REALLY comfy... o_o
Hrmm.. While I was writing this, a repair guy for tech came in and pulled my medicine cabinet out. Apparently theres been something bad in the plumbing, so... I guess that was good. I'm gonna go nap now. My head hurts.

Screwy Sleeping
My sleep schedule has randomly switched the other way. Rather than staying up till 4AM and being unable to wake up on time for class in the morning, I've been konking out at 1 or 2 and waking up brightly refreshed at 9. It feels really really good. I don't even need a real nap anymore. I do lay down for about an hour at a random point of the day and watch something on TV, but otherwise, I'm good to go. I really feel great all day.
Meanwhile, my sleep schedule IS shifted by a good 2 hours. It's taking a little adjusting, for me and my friends. If any of you stayed up till 4 with me ever, then you'll be missing me more and more. Especially Jackie. Jackie, I'm sorry I can't stay up as late as you. I don't know what happened to me, but this sleep schedule is working VERY well for me, so you'll just have to get used to my calls ending earlier in the night. I'll try to make them start earlier too, though.
Magic has a You Make The Card Contest. I happen to have some experience in making cards, specifically based on pictures, the way the contest is running. You see, this YMTC is being done by starting with a picture and working down to make the mechanics and such. Meanwhile, just a few weeks ago, I made a large number of cards in the Magic Set Editor by looking at what I had pictures of and designing cards around them. This makes me well aware of the kind of contest it is and what it entails. So, as the contest went on, the 2nd part was choosing card type. I thought it looked like a Creature, but the people have decided on Instant / Sorcery. Alright, so here's the picture:

Looks to me like its a sorcerous... Or a seductress. Someone able to take control of another. "Creature stealing" and such has been done to death. Looking in a players hand for things might be interesting, but I went a slightly different route:
Okay, I think I'm done. Part of my sleep issues are because I've been fighting off a cold. I'm gonna consider lying down while Star Trek runs. Oh, and wish my card luck!

The next time target creature would deal combat damage to you or a creature you control, it instead deals that much damage to its controller and itself.I think it fits rather well. Depending on how it's costed, I'd be willing to play it in a defensive deck, or just as a combat trick. It'd be nuts in draft. I hope it gets picked. I'm really proud of it. The question is, what color is it? It really could almost be any color, moreso Red (Chaos and Confusion), White (Damage prevention / reflection) or Blue (All around shiftyness). It couldn't be Green at all, and Black would be a tough fit.
Okay, I think I'm done. Part of my sleep issues are because I've been fighting off a cold. I'm gonna consider lying down while Star Trek runs. Oh, and wish my card luck!

Valentines Day
I couldn't let this holiday go by without a post. Happy Valentines Day to all my loved ones, especially Jackie. I'll be sending out e-Cards to everyone I can after Computer Science. Feel free to let me know that I forgot you, because by the time you read this, I'll think I was done, or wondering what that last three people's email addys are. So please, help a guy out.
In other news, my local comic guy (Black Dog Anime) hasn't gotten Megatokyo 3 in yet. I've been itching for a new thing to read, so I got Azumanga Daioh 3 the other day. I'm also thinking of springing for a Teen Titans paperback, and I've seen a Transformers War Within volume running around in Hastings. Anyway, I breezed through the Azumanga in a few hours, and it was pretty funny. I'm only sorry that so many of the jokes are visual gags. It's impossible to tell someone "Oh, there was the funniest strip, where Tomo was having a dream, and there was this button, and Chiyo was like 'Don't push that button or I'll die!' and Tomo pushed it anyway and Chiyo died." It really loses its humor that way.
Anyway, it all boils down to "I need to pick up a new manga series I'm thinking of getting Gunslinger Girl if I can find it, because it looks interesting. Problem is, Black Dog doesn't carry it. They have a pretty huge selection otherwise though, so if you guys can think of anything, lemme know, mkay? Alright, Comp Sci awaits. The baseball team on Deep Space Nine lost, and my computer is lagging at text editing. It's time to leave. So long.

Awesome Things
I found Sextris. This game is awesome. A few tips - Male on Female only, and don't worry if it doesn't seem physically possible. These people are very flexible, apparently. Also, watch out for those people curled up into ball things. They can be tough. Plus, girls can fuck from either side, but penis only have a 180 degree range. Guy's don't get fucked from behind. Other than that, it's pretty much anything goes. My high score is 128. It's harder than it looks. Anyway, go for it.
I also spent the last hour and some watching Lilo and Stitch, which is really one of the better Disney movies out there. I've been thinking about parent-hood a lot lately, because I'm getting those urges, I guess. I dunno. Hormones, a phase?
Anyway, Lilo and Stitch is one of those children's films / TV shows that I can enjoy as a more mature individual. I've become sadly disappointed with the quality of childrens entertainment lately, for the most part. Lilo and Stitch is going to stay in my family DVD library for years. Also in there: Aladdin, The Lion King, Transformers, and, should it be canceled, Sesame Street. That was quality childrens programing right there. Oh yeah. And the Incredibles. That's coming out this month I think, and it's on my "Things to Buy list," right after Megatokyo volume 3.
And food. I need to buy food. But Whose Line is on now. I suppose I'll shower at 10, and go eat something from Sam's. We need Coke, too. Hrmm.. Is a blog a shopping list? I say YES. I need those things I mentioned. I also need to sleep more. X_X.
Oh yeah, tell me if it's possible to express disagreement through a smiley online. Take the following example -
Okay, I'm cold. I gotta sleep or something. Or eat. It's nearly 10. Despite what the clock on this thing says. You see, it takes me like an hour sometimes to churn one of these things out.
Oh hey, I wonder if the new Megatokyo got posted yet! *Runs off to check!*

What's In A Name
Last night my roommate and I were up till six in the morning (I've gone over the stupidness of my sleeping habits already far too much here) talking about good names. You see, Matt's lucky. His last name is Hill. So he can make actual phrases with his childrens' names should he choose. He's chosen so. He started off with Rocky Hill. Simple enough. He went on to say there was a girl's name he'd been thinking off, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Something like Blueberry or something..." was all he had. I mentioned "Cherry." Not what he was looking for, but Cherry Hill sounds pretty cool. Then I threw in the kicker. "Her middle name is Blossom. She's Cherry Blossom Hill." Bam. That name without a doubt the most adorable English name I've ever heard of. If his little girl isn't just as cute, it'll be such a waste.
Anyway, we spent the next several hours talking in circles about it, not really getting anywhere aside from the following three names:
Cherry(short for Cherebim, who's daughter ISN'T their little angel?) Blossom Hill;
Rocky Clifford (Rocky Cliff, get it? Oh well, Rocky Hill is probably overkill enough anyway) Hill;
Sam(urai) Jack Hill (which, it should be noted, is his ace in the hole, as it can be a name for either gender - Samuel Jonathon or Samantha Jacquelyn.)
I am so jealous of his last name. Even when I capitalize the V, LeVine just doesn't mean anything. I'm never going to be able to name my kids in complete sentences or anything. I mean, Cherry Blossom is a great name on its own, but I can't steal it from Matt. That'd be evil of me. So there will be no Cherry Blossom LeVine, as nice as that sounds. Oh well. I'll think of something like that.
We also discussed random Halloween costumes. He wants the Samurai Jack outfit. I still say those shoes look like they'd be uncomfortable, but that's all the more reason that I want to try them on. Meanwhile, I continue to harbor hopes that a Devastator costume can be constructed, one that falls apart into individual Constructicon trucks. After that, I also now have an idea for an authentically transforming Grimlock, from robot to T-Rex. I think I could do it.
In Magic news, I dropped the Oppo part of the deck. Its just a basic Mono Blue control deck, only with ninjas now. NINJA!!! o_o!!

Okay, I've Got A MySpace Account...
Now what?
I filled in my basic info, but I don't have much to put there. That's why I have this, after all. And MySpace won't let me use RSS with my blog thingy, or my friend's blog thing. Of course, I have A friend in there. Just one. I'll leave it up there, I'm sure there's something useful it can do for me. I'll be filling it in more as time goes by. Not now though, it's late.
Scroll to the bottom. That deck there? That's gonna be mine. Only, take out the black. Just blue ninjas. Replace all the black with counter magic. It'll be nice. Very nice.
I need Clouds of Faeries. Gimme?
*Sad Puppy Face.*
Edit - Look it my new wallpaper!!!

Future Oldies
So I'm watching the Superbowl now. Tie game, I'm rooting for the Eagles simply on the grounds that I'm a semi-local. I don't know much about football. Enough to pretty much follow the game, but not enough to know the detailed statistics of each and every team. I guess I spent too my time filling my head with useless trivia like when the first Land Before Time movie came out - 1988 - to fill it with what city managed to pull off the last Superbowl World Series Superbowl three in a row victory - Pittsburg, actually. That and Magic. I'd rather know what card in my deck will help out best against an unbeatable army of flyers and one Platinum Angel when my opponent is at -4 than which player to put in when there's an equally random situation in a football game. Oh well. The commercials have been okay, not the best though. *Shrugs.*
They halftime show was actually alright. I didn't recognize McCartney's first song, but the other three were decent Beatles songs, so it was okay. No boobies, of course. Then again, do I want to see Paul McCartney's boobs? Anyway, the show sparked a debate about whether he really needed to know the words to "Hey Jude." Quoth the Matt: "I don't know the words to today's pop music, why should I know the words to old pop music?" That, in turn, started my mind... What kinds of songs from today are going to be on the oldies fourty years ago? Am I going to turn on the radio to find music by Evanescense? Ace of Base? Britney Spears? Nirvana? Rage Agaisnt The Machine? Puff Daddy? No Doubt? Hmmm...
I hope rap music doesn't endure. I mean, it doesn't last more than three months as it is, so I'd hope that today's stuff is not getting played in twenty years, either. Not that there won't still be rap music; Lil Bow Wow and Lil Romeo will lose they're "Lil"s and become the next generation of rap moguls or whatever. I still won't listen to it, of course. It's just comforting to know that I won't be listening to the same crap day in and day out. Country, on the other hand... *Shudders*
I'm also now in an ensuing argument with my roommate over his away message. It currently reads:
Now, when I first read that, it didn't have the little disclaimer. He put that in for me because I couldn't identify it as a quote. I knew, however, that he was nowhere near any G-Spot, as far as I knew. He was studying physics less than two meters from me. So, I got confused. I pointed out that I didn't believe that he was actually rocking the G-spot, and he came backa nd told me the quote, and had expected me to recognize it. So I ask you, what is he quoting. I know it now, he's told me, but I want to see how many of you can guess the quote.
Anyway, aside from that, I don't have much else to say. Superbowl now looks like its gonna be a Patriot victory... Eagles trail by 10 with 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter. I'll watch it, though most likely switch to Teen Titans and see if it's yesterdays new episode, which I slept through.
Oh yeah! Ninjas!!! I got the Betrayers of Kamigawa Ninja preconstructed deck. It's pretty good, manages to go toe to toe with my online pal's cobbled together black deck. I'm planning on revamping it slightly, turning it into a more controlling permission deck, using ninjas for card drawing and bounce. Anyway, I'll keep that under wraps until it's done, I guess. Plus, half of you don't understand half the things I just said.
The titan's episode wasn't the new one. I am sad. :( Evening all.

Saturday Morning Cartoons
Whoa... I musta had a good nights sleep. I did wake up with a start, cuz I had a freaky ass dream. It involved Harry Potter. It was... Well, lemme see what parts of it I can remember.
Some lady had a robot thing. That was important. *Nods* I don't know why, but it was. Anyway, the major gang ended up going with her to a party. A magic party, of course. It's all really hazy now. I've been up for an hour already and its fading fast. The end came though, when the three kids (Harry, Ron, and Hermoine) and I, because, apparently, I hang out with them too, went exploring around the party house. We WERE gonna go in the attic, but just got as far as opening the door a little. This, it turns out, is just enough to knock over one book of magic spells. Then, the OTHER books in the attic started casting all the spells, launching energy blasts and the like out the window. So of course, it was up to us to stop them. We went up and yelled at the books, but they ignored us. So I threw a rock at the big book. It closed, but then all the books in the room hated me. "PAPER-HATER!" they called me as they, umm, booked towards me (how do books move?). I ended up with one on my head, eating at my scalp. It was creepy. I actually FELT the book eating my head. So I woke up and cast a worried glance at my book case, with its 50+ manga volumes. I didn't want any ideas. Then I couldn't get to sleep.
I went to bed at a little after 2 last night, and aside from the nightmare of sorts, I had a very good sleep. But still... that's only five hours of sleep, and I was hoping for a lot of things to get done today. *Shrugs* I'm feeling pretty good though. I may go down for a nap a little after lunch time. Then I'll check out Black Dog's selection of Betrayer's cards PLUS - Megatokyo Volume 3 is out!!! *Does a happy dance* I hope I can pick up a copy.
Why is there an anti-smoking commercial featuring what seems to be 8 year olds? It's just... creepy. Do they really find kids smoking that young? I mean, on a semi-regular basis? Where it's worth targeting a kid that young?
Hrmm... One thing about being up this early - Saturday morning cartoons. I usually sleep through them. Now I get to watch this new show - The Batman. It just started. I hope to finish this blog before the commercial break ends. But its interesting so far. Seems to be done in the same animation style as the old Jackie Chan Adventures Cartoon, which was a decent show, so this looks like it could be pretty cool.
Also, a commercial for The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap made me remember - I need to play it.
Hrmm... Watch Yu-gi-oh or get a breakfast burrito.... I'll get the burrito. Anyway, The Batman is back, I'm gonna watch that. Laters.
------
Later: The Batman was really entertaining. I just hope that Cartoon Network picks it up eventually. I suppose they won't add it to Toonami, what with Teen Titans and Justice League: Unlimited, but... It would make an interesting replacement for Totally Spies in the Miguzi line-up. Anyway, I'm watching Yu-Gi-Oh now, and am a tad confused. Even more than usual. I suppose there's a season's difference between what Cartoon Network's running and what the WB shows. Interesting, considering that the WB showed the Titan's episode Aftershock, Pt 1 with a "BRAND NEW!" label in the corner. Oh well.
O_O!!! UBERCUTE ANIME SCHOOLGIRL ON YUGIOH!!! *Concentrates intently.* Hrmm.. I wonder if they've gotten the game rule's straight yet.
"Remember, don't let him play XXXX." "Got it!"
Guess not. Unless they've added counterspells to YuGiOh when I wasn't looking. *Shrugs* Okay, I'll quit rambling.

Some People Push Back
I've been reading this off and on since I heard about it on O'Reilly. It's a gut reaction written on the morning of September 11th 2001. It basically says that the attacks of that morning were, well, what they were: a reaction to decades of American attacks on the sovreignty and peoples of Middle Easter nations. Churchhill, a professor of ethnic studies at the University of Colorado, relates the victims of the attack as being responsible for the suffering of the Arab States. It's a fairly interesting read
The truth of the essay, however, isn't what brought it to my attention. Bill O'Reilly brought it up. "A University is inviting a speaker who wrote an essay justifying the terrorists and called the victims of 9-11 Nazis!" he said. My attention was piqued. Why would the university invite someone like this to speak. O'Reilly never said why. He merely insulted Churchhill for writing what he did, and a few things he didn't.
Oh well. I've learned through experience that when Bill talks about his "no-spin zone" what he really means is "no spin except the one I put on it." So, my roommate and I looked up the guy, found his essay, and have been following the story closely. It's pretty sad that what he wrote over three years ago, on what a great deal of the nation would call the most emotional day they'd had in a while, is coming back to bite him in the ass. *Shrugs.* I'm a bit dissapointed in the reaction of people. I'm also a tad pissed with O'Reilly's refusal to admit that he is the reason that Churchhill's carreer is now in jeopardy and everyone hates him. *Sighs...* I'm gonna go, I just felt this was an interesting issue, and agree with him or not, (and I personally do) he doesn't deserve to be fired for expressing his opinion.

Testing Complete
I walk into History and come face to face with not only the reading I knew about and decided didn't need reading (I talked to you fine peoples instead) but first a pop quiz. I aced it. ^_^ I'm smart. Then we did the reading thing, which I managed to bullshit my way through again, cuz I'm smart again. ^_^
Anyway, after demonstrating my knowledge of history, I went into Calculus and took my first major test in that... WITHOUT THE AIDE OF A CALCULATOR!!! I'm amazing. I feel really amazing. I feel really tired. I feel like it mighta been a trap, but my Ackbar senses' tingling is outweighed by my amazing sense of joy. ^_^ I'm really happy and hyper today. Plus, Matt's out, so I can feel not rude about being on the phone. Plus plus, I can leave those accursed fans off, and leave the light on, and do all that stuff I can't do cuz of him. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
I'm happy. Jackie needs to call me now. NOW!!!

Restless Sleep
I finally got to sleep at a decent hour, and I couldn't get a decent night's sleep out of it. X_X. Part of the problem may have been that I spent the hour before I slept on the phone with Jackie, crying tears of happiness over how great she was, and how special she deserved to be treated, and lots of other stuff, but if you asked me about in person, I'd tell you the crying was caused by me just being over-tired and over-emotional. *Shrug* So I'm a really sensitive guy. Isn't that everyone's dream boyfriend? ^_^ *Sighs* I won't rant on about the personal details of the call, because they are, in fact, personal. Suffice it to say, I felt extremely good about myself that night. Really, really good. And that good mood has continued on throughout the day.
It is a nice thing to note that I am getting over my aversion to the phone. I still prefer text as my method of communication, because it offers a precision I can't hope to achieve in a live voice chat, but I do recognize the unique merits that a phone conversation has over the internet. (Here's where I wish I could say "I've never cried over an AIM chat." The sad truth is, I have. ^_^;)
Anyway, despite the good tidings, I was just... I guess I was too excited by the phone call to get to sleep, yet too tired to not sleep. Don't you have when that happens? Oh well. I've got two more hour long classes today, one of which looks to be a calculus test, so when that's done, I get to nap. Oh, and eat. I've been missing out on that lately, but I really do need to start using the cafeteria more often. And maybe I'll try to rope Matt's older brother into another group Magic session. My girl deck, while by no means at all a powerhouse, still needs some more playtime, simply cuz its fun. Seriously, who'd have thunk I'd discover the game breaking combo of Flagbearer and untargetability? *Shrugs* If you don't understand that, don't worry. I'm not quite sure I do either.
Betrayers of Kamigawa goes on sale tomorrow. I get money in my bank account tomorrow. The stars are aligning in my favor. *Cackles* Now if only Megatokyo Volume 3 would out soon. Like tomorrow. Then my mastery would be compete!!! Oh well. I'm gonna go check out the different precons, even though I'm prolly gonna end up with the Ninja deck. It's not just ninjas, though ninjas are uber-cool. I like the color blue in Magic. Oh well. Enough spazzing. 10 minutes left to check out the pretty ninjas. Bai!

FOXNews.com - U.S. & World - Hostage Claim for U.S. Soldier Dubious
I know I told you I hate Fox News, but this link was too good to pass up: "...a toy manufacturer said the figure in the photo resembled one of its military action figures, dubbed 'GI Cody.'" Fox News may be dumb, but that doesn't mean they have a monopoly on it. Anyway, Bill O'reilly is still a paranoid fuck. I heard him claiming that the liberal media is litterally out to get him, and only him. It was nuts.
In other news. My sleep schedule is totally - TOTALLY - fucked. I slept in until like 5 today, which is bad. I'm gonna have to get on that in the near future. I managed to get some semi-prodoctuve things done. I made some Magic cards using the Magic Set Editor, which is a great program for those of us who dont really have any talent for art. I just use what pictures I already have in my harddrive or whatever.
Hmm.. Bill O'Reilly is on. It's fun to watch simply because it's so rediculous. It's also nice to read at the end of a long day, a bit of stupidity to lighten my day. G'night.

GIRL POWER!!!!
I dunno why, but after about 3 years of the idea bouncing around my head, I have made the "Boobie" Magic deck. It was suggested a few years back, when my friend Jon looked through a binder of Onslaught and noticed a good deal of card arts featuring the female form. The idea bounced around my head for a while, but I didn't make it until just this weekend. I was bored. I had seen Eternal Witness one too many times. I decided to make the deck. It was originally going to be all three of the "Feminine" colors - Green, White, and Blue, but for some reason I decided that I needed to narrow it down to just two. I noticed Hanna, Ship's Navigator, and decided to make her my star chick, even though I only have one of her, but I had a bunch of enchantments and artifacts that also had chicks for pictures. Anyway, I ended up with a shitload of cards, probably more than I need, but I kept most of it (I decided that using the equipment-boosted girls would get me a bit of a general bleed into normal white weenie, and thats not what I wanted.) The deck, if I ever made it any "REFINED" form, I'd give it the shape of a stall/mill deck, but that's a long way away from the monstrosity I'm staring at now. Its impossible to shuffle. Its great. I love it. ^_^
Anyway, in non-Magic news, I just finished watching the movie Titan A.E., which was given the TV rating of "TV PG," with a subscript of 'S V'. Now, V for Violence, I know, but S? Does anyone know what S is? Sexuality? In a cartoon? I'm confused.
Also on the subject of TV, I hate the Fox News Channel, but it's still more entertaining than CNN. In fact, I think that's the reason I hate it. It's not so much news as it is entertainment. It pisses me off. Especially O'Reilly, that smug prick. I dunno why, but something about him pisses me off. I'm thinking of writing him a letter in the hopes of getting a signed copy of his book. Oh yeah, and Michael Moore is a prick too. I hate him because he makes me look like a dumbass for believing the same things as him. Stupid propoganda. That's just so you know, though, I'm an equal opportunity angry man. Rawr. I'm tired now.
Disturbing Things
I've been trudging through Clone.Manga lately, and its some pretty disturbing shit. I had actually read through the Tomoyo42 stuff, which is rather odd, a while ago, and then just recently followed an Applegeeks link to the main site, and lo and behold, amazing dementedness. I finished the Nana comic, and should start Day 4 of Paper 11 pretty soon. It's all very messed up.
Also, speaking of messed up stuff... where do conjoined twins come from? I mean, do they reproduce? I think that would be the number one argument against evolution. Evolution should have canceled out conjoinism (or whatever its called) a long time ago, since it doesn't enhance our survivalism. Since it didn't, evolution is wrong.
And then here's another thing: how come when humans are born conjoined, its a semi-run of the mill thing, they seperate one or both, but when animals are born conjoined, its an omen! Either a sign from God, or a sign that some turtle was swimming around in irradiated waters. The God thing, maybe, but no one accuses a conjoined twin-set of having rolled around in nuclear filth. No one cries out about the destruction and contamination of the human ecosystem. Of course, I'm no expert on the subject. Or any subject, really. I just trudge on through as best I can.
On a less distrubing note, Katie is awesome, so good for her! And yay randomness!

Effervescence
1. To emit small bubbles of gas, as a carbonated or fermenting liquid.
2. To escape from a liquid as bubbles; bubble up.
3. To show high spirits or animation.
So that's gonna be my new head screen name, or rather effervescence 34(someone beat me to the name without a number x_x). I've found it matches my personality more than l33t n1nj4, as I am neither l33t (at least as I would judge it) nor n1nj4 (subtlety, while possible to me, doesn't quite fit my nature). This switch will be accompanied by a lighter, more "bubbly" font, to reflect the lighter nature.
Do note that I'm not changing myself. I'm still gonna be the same Greg tomorrow I was yesterday. I just don't think the screen name xx L33T N1NJ4 xx is all that fitting of me. Plus, Effervescence is a much more unique name.
Just to give you an idea of why I'm switching names, look at my wallpaper, and ask yourself, which is it more befitting of?
Hmm... Actually a little of both. Oh well, time for a switch. I'm also tired of having 5 names linked to mine. I'll leave the ninja name linked anyway, so people can find me, and just start my new name with a blank slate. I'll add people as they come up, but really I was getting overwhelmed with 174 names, half of which I haven't talked to since my Squirrelmonger days. So, if you want on my list, you'd better give me a poke. Alright, that's all for now. See ya'll later.

Lonely
Where is everyone? Today is the ONE day when I realy SHOULD be alone in my room, and no one's on! At all! x_x I's lonesome. Hrmm.. I suppose I could do that aptitude testy thingamabob I was supposed to do. Okay, sure, I'll do that. Oh Wait!
Jackie just got on! YAY!!!!! Okay, nvm, I'm done.
This seems like something I'd like to do. Or at least, it greatly appeals to my sense of humor. ^_^

Random Babbles
I've taken to getting up around 9AM. Unfortunately, I haven't taken to getting to sleep any earlier. This constitutes a major problem on my part.I'm tired. On the plus side, it does give me a good two hour period on Mondays and Wednesdays with nothing really to do. Therefore, I can sort of ease into the day, rather than being abruptly thrown into class straight from bed. I like it.
I looked over the respective websites, and found that an Apple iBook would in fact be more expensive than a Compaq of what I'd consider greater value. I don't think OS X is worth $100 more than XP, personally. So I'm safe from Mac's for another day. *Shrugs* Note though that unlike my previous stance on the DS, the Aztek, and the X-Box, I WOULD graciously accept and use an Apple laptop I got as a gift. I realize the chances of that are slim to none, but I felt it was worth mentioning.
There's some construction across the street. It makes it hard for me to sleep when I want to. I hope they shut up by 3 so I can have a nice after-class nap.
Deep Space Nine is on, and I'm out of things to talk about. I had an interesting dream that involved Megatokyo and some cute girl I feel like I should know but I don't. I don't usually know what happened in dreams after the dream is over, but I think in this dream I didn't even know what was going on while I was experiencing it. It was interesting. Okay, my heads gonna shut down and do something that's not as mind-consuming as blogging. I'll let you know when I figure out what that is.

Greg Debates Getting A Mac
Dammit, the wind seems to always be against me. No matter where I ride my bike to on campus, I always end up with a headwind. It makes NO sense. You all think I'm nuts, but it's true. No matter where I go, I'm always going into the wind, and when I go back, the wind has completely changed direction, so my return trip is no better. Wait, I said I was gonna do something else in this...
I think I need a Macintosh. Laptop, probably, I still want at least part of a desktop to boot into Windows for gaming. But I dunno, the idea of a cute little iBook or something for when I'm on the go... Nothing as powerful (or power hungry) as my HP, which I would prolly also keep. I tinkered around in the Mac set up, and most of my distate for it is unfamiliarity. I don't like that which I don't understand; a reasonable reaction. I might spend some time in the computer lab just to get a feel for the set up, or something. The one button mouse thing really bugs me, but I should be able to use any old USB mouse, so that's not an issue. I can get FireFox for it and that should run semi-uniformly.
One real issue would have to be the document editing. I'd need to find a way to transfer my stories and homework and such back and forth, ideally using something that does .doc, since thats what everyone else seems to use. I had enough of being the odd format out though Middle and High School, where the schools had MS Office and I was stuck with the Corel Word Perfect Suite. x_x The two hate each other. Always have, always will. I don't wanna be a part of that any more. Oh hey. I just checked, and the eRaider site offers Office 2004 and other stuff. Upon further thinking, that doesn't mean a damn thing, because there's no telling whether or not it's compatible with MS Office. *Shrugs* I'll look into it. I really don't want an uberpowerful comp for this. Just a 12"er I can watch DVD's and movie files on, browse the web, chat, but I don't need any gaming power on it. Honestly, I don't really have many games, so I don't know what's keeping me from switching over to Mac for my home computer, aside from the preference to Windows. *Shrugs* Stupid brand loyalty. Someone teach me Linux. ^_^;
Oh well, I think I'll just see whichever is cheaper when it comes time to get such a device, pound for pound. I wouldn't mind learning a Mac, though. I've heard a lot of good things about Macs through anecdotal evidence. And there really must be a reason they can survive under the crippling ubiquity of Windows. That settles it. I'm going iBook (or powerBook, I guess) shopping after class. Speaking of which, I GOTTA GO NOW!!

Time Travel!!!
I was gonna talk about how my girlfriend has semi-destructive habits and I dont like 'em, but I've gotten over that with her and don't need to dredge it up again. So instead....
We got to talking about Bill and Ted, Jackie and I, and I decided that those movies tie with the Back to the Future trilogies for best time travel in movies. I then tried to think of other movies with time travel. Here's the list, as the came to me. This post will be edited as new entries come to me, so feel free to help out.
That's it for so far. Lemme know if I missed any.

It not really all that threatening, a little tank with a moving turret, but how far behind do you think one of these is?

Eating your Bammiches
That last post was short (half was even copied off IMDB), so I've got still more to tell you. For starters, I made up a new word. Bandwich. Its like a sandwich made of bandwidth, formed from a terrible terrible typo. So the next person to say typoes suck better watch out, cuz it makes excellent words like bandwich. Also, to help eat your bammiches, I've got pretty pictures to share. Look and behold!
Pretty, no? Hawk (of AppleGeeks is fast becoming a favorite of mine. Consider him highly reccomended.
As you can tell if you check my post times, my sleeping habits leave something to be desired. I'm not sleeping until tonite, and that's after I've checked everything out I need to check online for Monday early morning (Megatokyo, Applegeeks, Mtg.com, Penny Arcade, etc.) Ah well, I slept in until like 2 this afternoon, and I prolly will actually lie down with the TV running or something.
I was thinking of leaving this open and ranting more into it, because I could have sworn I had more to tell you people than one made up word and two pretty pictures (the second one's my desktop!), but obviously I don't. Nothing important, anyway. Oh well.

|| Fantastic Four - July 1, 2005 || - Large
When an experimental space voyage goes awry, four people are changed by cosmic rays. Reed Richards, inventor and leader of the group gains the ability to stretch his body, and takes the name, Mr. Fantastic. His girlfriend, Sue Storm, gains the ability to turn invisible and create force fields, calling herself the Invisible Woman. Her younger brother Johnny Storm gains the ability to control fire, including covering his own body with flame, becoming the Human Torch. Pilot Ben Grimm is turned into a super-strong rock creature calling himself Thing. Together, they use their unique powers to explore the strange aspects of the world, and to foil the evil plans of Doctor Doom.Or something like that. Cosmic rays and gamma radiation. When will people learn to stop messing with the non-visible specturms of light? When has Gamma Radiation EVER helped anyone? I can't believe there was a line in the Hulk movie (or at least, in the trailers; I never saw the film) where a SCIENTIST, supposedly the smartest character in the film, says, "Okay, let's pour on the Gamma radiation." That has got to be the funniest thing I've ever heard a scientist say in a non-comedy movie.
I'm also pissed that the only chick in the main cast, the hottie Jessica Alba, has the super-power of INVISIBLITY! How the hell am I supposed to tap that ass when I can't see it!? You know why I think she got that power? Some lazy-ass artist never learned how to draw women properly, so he just said.. "Oh, what if she's invisible half the time?" and did that. That bastard...
Let it be known that I am keeping a tally of the ignorant masses who claim that Mr. Fantastic and The Invisible Woman were copied off of Pixar's "The Incredibles." I'm also going to inflict personal harm on anyone who believes the movie to be copied off of the Goliath Serum episode of "The Venture Brothers." >_<

I Am NOBODY'S Messanger Boy
...I'm a delivery boy. (Couldn't resist)
Names have been changed to protect the innocent, blah blah...
So anyway, I'm talking to my friend Bill from NJ over AIM. (I know him through my step-brother, he's a cool kid.) And we're just shooting the breeze about whatever, I don't even know anymore, it wasn't important. Anyway, his exgirlfriend Kate, who I met when they were going out, and who I consider my friend, comes on, and asks if I'm talking to Bill. I am, so I tell her. She asks me to tell him I'm talking to her, and see what he says. I resist at first, but eventually it gets to me, so yeah, I tell him she wants him to know she's talking to me. He doesn't care, and asks me to ask her why he should, so I do. This pretty much disolves into them arguing back and forth. Simultaniously, she tells me he's an ass, and he tells me that she's annoying. I forward those messages, and finally can't take it any more. I don't want to be their latchkey kid. I don't want my relationship with anyone to be defined as "the guy who sends messages to X." These were two people I considered friends, and I wanted to stay that way with them both, and I didn't want whatever negative feelings they had between each other be thrown onto me. I don't think I was so out of line in asking that. Anyway, Kate still had more she wanted Bill to hear. She starts begging me to tell him it. And I refused. This time I was gonna stand my ground. She kept begging, and after two rounds of it, I got tired of it:
I quickly apologized. I didn't want to be mean, but she wouldn't listen, and I snapped. I had a momentary lapse in my cool, my usually friendly demeanor cracked, and I used captial letters. I'm sorry that I'm not budda. I'm sorry I can't be everyones lapdog 24/7. I'm sorry I GET PISSED OFF FROM TIME TO TIME! It doesn't last long when I do, and I always regret it. I never want any of my friends to feel that I don't care about them. They should all know that. Anyway. I've been agruing with her mom, another good friend of mine, about this.
I think, after two and a half hours of talking it over, I think we've reached something of an understanding. I really don't want to lose two good friends over something so stupid. Really, I think this is such an absurd situation. I've got two people pissed at me over two lines of CAPITAL LETTERS that I typed in the heat of the moment, and I spent the last three hours apologizing to her for it. Its just so insane!
Anyway, in other news, I recently fell for an old ex of mine. She's really sweet and nice and I really like her a lot, but I feel really happy that I was able to keep my head on and not do anything I'd regret, because I truely believe Jackie is the one girl for me, no matter how much I care about anyone else, I want you all to know that I won't let anything come between me and Jackie. I love her so much. Sorry ladies (and gents) who may like me. I know I'm extremely likeable, but I'm taken.

Yay, Parade?
Anyone else confused as to why Bush got a parade today? Did anyone else get a parade? If I remember correctly, I heard something about his last inauguration having something of an anti-parade. The man had to be driven all the way to the stage in his limo, as opposed to the customary walk. This year, nearly the entire city of DC, which it seems voted overwhelmingly against Bush, is shut down for a huge parade festival. Speaking of these little oddities, does anyone else out there see the Bush fans quoting his "Highest vote count," or whatever they call it, as a mandate from the people. Lots less people bring up the fact that the number two vote count belongs to John F Kerry. *Shrugs.* Oh well, I guess Bush won, I need to get over it and accept it. Sides, after his last term, what's the worst that could happen?

In other news, anyone paying attention to the Calista story will notice that I've changed Jake's last name to Thomas. The reason? I finally figured out why Jake Long seemed to click so well in my mind: Disney made a cartoon about him. He bears no relation to the character in my story (SPOILER!!! THE DOCTOR ON G.S. Calista DOES NOT TRANSFORM INTO A DRAGON!), but I felt that it would just be better if I didn't keep the name, since I was obviously influenced by the ad's Disney's been running.
I'm randomly tired lately. Not now, in particular, just overall. I had more I was gonna say on that, but I can't remember it. Instead I'll go by the other thing on my mind lately. The other night on Futurama, everyone got turned into kids. A young Bender shouted at one point to no one in particular "When I grow up I'm gonna be a steamshovel!" That's sorta how I feel. I wanna be a helicoptor. Or, a helicoptor Transformer. What can I say, I'm obsessed with the things, but the idea of being able to leap into the air, fold around a little and start flying around campus. It would save me so much time. I've even got my transform down, mostly. Prop blades on my back, arms become side turrets, legs fold into the rear strut, the works. In fact, I think I'm gonnna make a backpack right now. Well, not now. But soon. I need a helicoptor-transformation backpack/body suit.

I've Stopped Reading PVP
Piro's rant pretty much says why. Basically, for those of you who are lazy look around, the deal was that Scott Kurtz, writer of PVP, was congradulating Rodney Caston, former co-writer for Megatokyo (aka Largo) on the birth of his recent child. He then made the snide remark that the baby was "one creation Fred (Gallagher Megatokyo's current writer / Piro) can't steal." I'd never been under the impression that Megatokyo was stolen from Rodney, and in his responding rant which I linked you to, he explains the split between them. So, no it wasn't stealing. Okay, everyones happy.
Except the fans. Megatokyo is a pretty popular comic, and when someone attacks Fred, there's an army of readers ready to leap in and defend Fred's honor. Not that he needed it, but anyway, Scott wrote up a responce to the fans. It was the most insulting "apology" I'd ever seen. I don't care if he wasn't talking to me. Scott Kurtz has just proven himself an asshat in my mind.
So, yeah. Basically, I'm banning PVP from now on, and I'm asking that you guys do too. Asshats suck.

CNN.com - Speaker to students:Stripping can be lucrative - Jan 14, 2005
This was just too amazing to not show all my friends.
The guy had a point - do something you love doing. Some women are just made to be strippers. 'Specially the ones with bigger tits. Yep, you know my dirty secret. I love big tits. I must be some kind of freak. I mean, what other healthy man out there likes big tits? Oh, if only there were some way to help end these unnatural cravings...
*Sees Jackie.*
Eh, close enough.
*Tackles Jackie and starts playing with her big tits.*

Interesting, huh? Btw, that's my new end all comeback. So if you see me use that, don't worry; you're not the first.
EDIT: Turns out it's spelled "Lumbergh," so, yeah. Live and learn.
God I hope this moves my wallpaper down below the sidebar stuff.

New Wall (Again)
Just wanted to show off how awesome the calendar thing is. LOOKIE!
What can I say, I love XP-tan. ^_^ Oh yeah, and that is in fact my schedule for the next week there in the events column, though the Tuesday/Thursday classes are each an hour and a half, not just an hour. Stupid thing. X_X;

Lazy Weekend
I put up the second part of Calista. It's picking up a little bit now, but I still like the first part, if only as a neccessary introduction to the story. My only problem with this system of publishing is that they're showing up in reverse order, not the way I'd like. Oh well. Maybe if this takes off I'll get my own little webserver or whatever. Until now, just suffer through, if you don't mind. Anyway, don't expect me to put in an alert here as to every time I update the story. Especially if I update it more frequently than I do this blog.
Ahh.. A three day weekend. Since I don't have much else to do, I was planning on writing a bunch of the opening of Calista (so far so good), and getting the rest of my textbooks. Oh, and maybe reading those textbooks, and seeing what else is up. If you have any ideas, I'm open to them. So long for now. Indiana Jones is on.

G.S. Calista Is Born
Look! I linked myself! Sorta. Anyway, I've been working on this story all day. I hardly got anywhere, but it's a start. Sorta.
I'm sure you're all just so excited. "Oooh... A story about a hotel janitor in space. Sounds like fun!" True, its got a pretty dull setting, but I promise it'll get better. And hey, you can't say it's not original.
I'll leave the link to it over to the side there. I'll try to be good about updating it, and prolly fail. Oh well. Call it a New Year's Resolution. We'll see how it goes.

Howard Dean is Awesome
Howard Dean has not paid me for this entry. He certainly didn't answer my email which contained my secret swiss bank number. Oh no. He's much too good for that. He deserves the DNC's nomination. I think that if he got it, I would feel like a million bucks. Well, maybe not a million, but how about $25,000?

More Odd Accents
Chemisty, it seems, is entry level, practically high school material. I don't have a problem with that, though. I need to get my average up, first off, and second off, I need to review chemistry. I didn't like it that much in high school to begin with. Anyway, the interesting thing is that the class is taught by a woman with a rather thick English accent. It's interesting, if you ask me, but it's still better than the Calculus teachers even thicker RUSSIAN accent. X_X
XL looks good too. I dunno... I am a little upset that I have to get a total of NINE books, though not all of them are text books. Still, I'll see what's what. I suppose I don't have anything to say. Oh yeah, I got this program Rainlendar. It's a nifty little proram that gives you a calendar on your desktop, with scheduling and such. I made the mistake of putting "Blog" as the number one entry (above "Get Books") and so you got this. *Shrugs.*
I've been thinking of just writing out my old story idea "GS Calista", one little snip at a time. I may get on that tomorrow, after class. So.. I dunno, look forward to that. Bye for now thouhg.

Waiting
The Waiting. That's the worst part. The Calm before the Storm... Oh wait. Storm. Okay, Storm is worse than Calm. But next after that is the Calm. Actually, after the Storm is uaually a big Mess, which I have to Clean. So I guess the Calm is pretty good, actually.
Anyway, I'm waiting for a few things. I had three out of five classes today. Computer Science seems like more of same, basically. World History finally covers modern times, which is nice - most of my history classes so far ended either just before or just after the American Civil War. Yay history of the present. And Calculus... the good news is I don't need a new book. Bad news is... my teacher doesn't speak fluent English. Again. Sigh. Why can't I learn Math in English. No, I'm not a racist. I'm not some absurd isolationist who thinks that forigners shouldnt be allowed into America, or that they shouldn't be able to get the same jobs as natural born citizens. I just find it a tad frustrating to try and learn about Calculus, by many accounts the hardest subject I'll need to learn, even without the added pressure of having a language barrier to tackle too. Oh well.
Tomorrow is the other two classes - Chemisty and XL. I'll get my brother PJ tell you about the flaws of Chemistry, namely that the periodic table is a hoax. Too perfect, he says. And XL is study skills, I think. That's what I get for failing two outta 5 classes. *Shrugs.* This year... will be different!!!
Oh yeah, in non-academic news, I"ve been watching Smallville more and more often. Lana's little side plot continues to confound my tiny human brain, but I still have a big love for the superhero mythos. Any superhero mythos. True, Superman's about the worst hero ever, in that he's SO perfect. Oooh, I'm fast, and strong, and bullet proof, and can fly, and have ice breath, and heat vision AND X-Ray vision. That's just too much. Which is why in Smallville, everyone and their dog has a bit of Kryptonite jewelry, or a base that was made on a field of Kryptonite, or a car that was runs on the stuff, and I wish I was making that up. Anyway, today I tuned it on, and they had a guest appearnce by a young Flash. Yes, The Flash. And if you're surprised by that, I suppose I shouldn't tell you that young Clark Kent was on a first name basis with Lex Luthor, and even a high-school-aged Lois Lane appears on several episode.
Back to the matter at hand, though. The Flash was played by Kyle Ganner, and, since someone asked me the other day what my "type" was when it comes to guys, he's it. ^_^ Very cute. And he's a superhero, to boot. *Swoons.*
Okay, that's all for now. Class in nine hours, so... See ya.

Pre-Class Jitters
School tomorrow. Starting at 11, I have Computer Science, along with a buncha other things. Sigh. I should be sleeping, but... I dunno. I got the writing bug. (I'm also waiting for Megatokyo to update tonite, and watching How High, a spoof of sorts on that movie Dangerous Minds, I think. Oh well. It's decent late night programming - i.e. best thing on.
Also, this has me worked up for some reason. My step brother wrote it. I hadn't gotten that far into it before finding several factual errors. And yes, I disagree with him on a lot of his opinions. I brought this up earlier, and he got upset with me for it. Sigh. If you're going to post in a blog, that should come with the understanding that someone out there won't agree with you. Putting your opinions in a public space should be like opening a dialogue. I honestly do get kinda bummed that no one ever reads this unless I ask them too. I'm not just talking to myself out here. I'm talking to anyone reading this. That's what it's here for. To start a dialogue about topics that are important to me. And, I'd hope, you guys too. Anyway, bottom line is: if you don't want people commenting on your opinions, don't TELL people them.
On to the article itself: part the first - religion. I've spoken about religion already. I don't follow Christianity. But I don't think that it's wrong, neccessarily. Just wrong for me. Sure, I've met some Christians who don't seem to be the best and brightest, but I never associated that stupidity with Christianity. Interesting fact. Half of all Americans are below average inteligence. I'd be surprised if a similar statistic didn't apply to Christianity too. And while some of his facts are off (the existance of dinosaurs isn't expressly forbidden under Christianity, and the Salem Witch Trials don't fall under the the First Amendment since they occurred before the Constitution was written) my major beef with him was his claim that people shouldn't vote by religion. True, people shouldn't vote along religous lines blindly. Of course, I think the same holds true for party lines. But when someone follows a religion, and TRULY believes it, then it becomes a part of their very being.
The media (and I think James as well) made a big hoopla over Bush winning in November due to voters voting by 'values'. To this I say "DUH". I value Bush's deciet and bull-headedness in the War in Iraq. That is how people make decisions. They assign values to options and choose the one they value higher, i.e. voting on "VALUES".
... I dunno. I'm randomly angry at people whining. I looked through the rest of his article, and its seriously just whining. I'm sorry I stress so much on this shit. I'm gonna still post this, as an example of me being stupid, cuz I do it a lot. Maybe I'll be able to learn from it in the future.
Anyway, ROD the TV finished DLing in 4 hours, I have class in 8 hrs, and I'm gonna sleep... now!

Bored
Sigh.
I'm bored. So, I think I'll rant here a little.
You know what I hate? Impatient people online. I hate it when people get upset about me going quiet for literally 10 seconds, because I'm either running another program, or talking to someone else, or what. I am not you're personal private friend. When I get on aim, I plan on having more than one conversation. I try to do my best to divide my time between everyone as equally as possible, so I'm sorry if you go 30 seconds without hearing from me. I haven't forgotten about you, it takes me longer than that to, even when I'm trying. If I ever AM trying, I'll make it clear to you, because that makes it easier on both of us. But I rarely do. I'm a very nice guy. Probably too nice.
I hate people freaking out about me being bi. That's right, I'm bi. And you know what, I don't care what you think. Scratch that, I do care, because I try my best to not act "flamboyant" in any way shape or form. Because I'm not. I love one guy. One. I'm not trying to get into every guy's pants out there. I'm comfortable with who I am, and I don't want a big deal made out of it. It's a rather private thing to me, actually. Oh, and if on some off chance you hadn't learned that I was bi, I'd like to thank you for proving my point that it really doesn't matter.
I'm working on getting registered for college. I should have registered in November. I had a stupid ass excuse, and I vow to never do that again. But anyway. I've got all the paperwork filled out, and I'll get myself in tomorrow. So YAY me! ^_^ It looks like I'm gunna retake English 2, along with Phsyics, Calc 2, Comp Sci 2 (I dunno) and then another course for study skills, cuz I sucked last semester.
Comp still sucks, but that's to be expected. I'll see what I can get out of Mom or my grandpa next time I'm in Austin and go to Fry's. Sigh. I'm still looking at like $500 worth of upgrades, but it'll be fun if nothing else. With my luck, my current motherboard won't be able to handle a 3.xGHz processor, and I'll need to get a new one. Snd that'll mean I'll need a new case too. So remind me again why I got this computer? *Shrugs.*
Magic has ninjas now. Wahoo!
Lesse... I made a big deal over the things I did get over X-mas break, but I didn't mention the few things I didn't get. Like the rest of the Chobits DVD's. I really wanted those. Any lesse... I suppose I was really lucky. The other few things I wanted to get aren't out yet. I'm waiting on the Transformers G1 Volume 3 trade paperback (a collection of comics), and the Volume 3 of Megatokyo. Sigh. Fucking Volume 3's....
Okay, I think that's enough ranting for today. I thought I had something else to say, but it slips my mind. Oh well. Night folks.

To Do: Fix This Computer
I knew this computer was a fixer upper when I got her. I asked for her for that specific purpose. I just didn't know how bad it was. Here's a few things I need to get upgraded.
CPU: Current one is a Pentium III 450MHz. The one in my laptop was a P4, 2.66GHz. I'm hoping to get up to 3GHz on Chii.
RAM: Good news is I have three RAM slots. Bad news is the sticks currently are 64, 32, and 64, all of SDRAM, for a grand total of 160Megs of ram. I need to get at least up to 512 ram, hopefully even up to a gig or two eventually.
HDD: I need one with more than 10 gigs, lets just put it that way. 100gigs, though... That outta do nicely. ^_^
Video: I don't know much about this stuff, but I know its bad. I'm gonna be looking for a better one... once I find out about it. Anyone with any ideas... The current one is an NVidia 128, I think.
Yeah, I'm hopelessly clueless. If you have any reccommendations or hints or cheats or anything, give me a holler. That's all for now. Gnight.

Daisy Fuentes
In my many holiday season flights, I saw some posters with a sexy picture of Daisy Fuentes, reminding us that she is not pregnant:
I realize that there is some more stuff there, something about the March of Dimes, but all I see in that the sign is a challenge. I think its abhorent. Daisy Fuentes, I feel your pain. If you're ever visiting Lubbock, give me a ring. I'd love to help you get rid of the awful stigma that not being pregnant brings you. I always wanted to be a celebrities baby daddy.
(Don't worry Jackie, she means nothing to me.)

Anyway, I'm all set, so I'm gonna go get a sammich from Subway. Bai.
Lubbock Again
I made it to Lubbock. Lucky me. After a late night scramble to find my wallet in the Barton Creek Mall parking lot, I wasn't much ready to pack, but I managed to get all my stuff up here. Then began the arduous task of setting up. I've set up the "new" desktop I got because my laptop is on the fritz again (overheating problems, plus the "O's" are back. I HATE THE O's!!!
So yeah, I got this old Aptiva. Its got less than 200 megs of ram, an 8 meg video card, and I can't even begin to determine what kinda processor she has. I'm calling her Chi for now, to follow in Motoko's footsteps (though now, Motoko's looking kinda retarded, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with her). If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know.
Oh yeah, and Chi's running Windows 2000 (I don't think she could handle XP), so I decided to start off with a festive wallpaper. This seemed to do the trick:
Anyway, so long!

Implausability
This convo was too funny to lose:
Anyway, I'm storing it here cuz my computer is dead again. Soon I should be switched from laptop to desktop in Lubbock, and then all these petty problems will be behind me. Yay!
Jamesu san 5789: why does this chick carry around a pair of handcuffs, a ballgag, and a vibrator in her purse?
xx L33T N1NJ4 xx: what chick?
Jamesu san 5789: idk, its from this gross hentai manga eric wants
xx L33T N1NJ4 xx: are you pointing out implausibility in a genre of literature whose pinnacle is tentacle rape?

It's the New Year. Reason enough to post, right? So, What did I do over the past week? Flew to New Jersey. Once I got there, I copied my documents and stuff to the external hard drive, then reformatted my laptop and reinstalled Windows on it, so now it works! YAY!!! WIRELESS INTERNET RULES!!! Anyway, so yeah, I reinstalled all my goodies and nick-nacks and now I'm up and running. I even got a little calendar thingy, which looks cool. So yeah, laptop is up and running.
Moving on... I managed to aquire a few goodies while here. Lets see, going by first things remembered: Alternators Hound, Sonic Advance 3, a 2005 Almanac (o_o?), Negima Volume 4, Johnny the Homocidal Maniac: Directors Cut, Invader Zim DVD Volume 2, some Magic packs (including Kiki-Jiki(!!) and two Engineered Explosives) a Mini-Disk Player, hmmm, I think that's it, really. But yeah, I hope I have enough room for it all... o_o;
Anyway, it's New Years, so time for resolutions. First - be a better student, which seems to involve getting these holds on my TTU account cleared. x_x... Second - be a better boyfriend to Jackie. I love her so much, and it really kills me when something gets between me and her, which happens WAY to much, really. Third - make a time machine. Not using a deLorian. And Fourth - my old stand-by, evolve into a being of pure energy. I'm gonna get it this year, too!
Okay, its half past one, I'd better get out of bed. See ya round.
